Ningyuan Fastener
Engineered to meet national structural codes and seismic requirements, ensuring reliability across municipal and industrial applications.
Under the "Build Better More" (BBM) infrastructure agenda, the Philippines is undergoing a massive transformation. Rapid growth in the metropolitan centers of Manila, Cebu, and Davao has driven high demand for high-rise residential projects, subway expansions, and regional airports. However, the archipelago's location within the Pacific Ring of Fire and the Western Pacific Typhoon Belt brings major environmental challenges.
Structural anchoring systems used in Philippine projects must withstand seismic loading and environmental moisture. Standard fasteners can fail when concrete structures experience microscopic cracking during tremors. According to the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP 2015), seismic zones require anchors capable of dynamic mechanical locking. Standard friction-only anchors do not offer sufficient safety margins for cracked concrete under tension.
Ningyuan Fastener Co., Ltd. brings decades of manufacturing expertise to key export markets like the Philippines, aligning quality control with international standards.
Founded in 2005 (formerly Jin Langtao), Handan Ningyuan Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Handan Yongnian, a key global hub for fastener production. Since our inception, we have developed our expertise to serve high-end industrial systems, including new energy solar PV brackets, electromechanical seismic supports, and heavy-duty steel structure fastening systems.
Spanning 20,000 square meters, our manufacturing facility runs over 50 sets of modern production machinery. We manage the entire lifecycle in-house, from raw material wire drawing to cold heading, thread rolling, and surface treatment. This control over manufacturing allows us to supply high-performance fasteners to engineering projects across the Philippines.
Our Quality Management System controls each stage of production. To verify anchor performance, we conduct mechanical tests, chemical material trace analysis, and environment-simulating salt spray testing. All products comply with RoHS directives and ELV 2000/53/EC certifications.
The Philippines aims to meet a 35% renewable energy target by 2030, driving solar PV installations and requiring specialized mechanical anchoring.
Tropical typhoons bring wind loads exceeding 250 km/h in regions like Cagayan and Northern Samar. Rooftop and utility-scale solar farms must be anchored securely. Self-drilling screws with EPDM washers provide a waterproof seal against metal roof sheeting, preventing water intrusion that can lead to galvanic corrosion.
Additionally, modern commercial buildings in Manila require seismic-resistant mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) supports. Our seismic support arms and hinge connectors anchor ductwork, cable trays, and pipelines. In the event of an earthquake, these components distribute dynamic loads to protect critical building services.
We supply steel structure bolt systems and custom C/U channels, allowing project engineers to source complete, integrated structural framing and anchoring kits from a single provider.

Answers to common technical and logistical questions for engineers and purchasing managers in the Philippines.
For structural concrete connections in seismic areas, we recommend torque-controlled concrete wedge anchors that are rated for cracked concrete. When seismic movement causes concrete to crack, standard expansion anchors can lose grip. Wedge anchors with a specialized expansion clip expand under tension, maintaining their hold in cracked concrete.
We provide several surface treatments depending on the exposure level. For indoor or dry areas, electro-galvanized coatings (5–12μm) are standard. For outdoor, humid, or coastal installations, we recommend Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) treatments with coating thicknesses exceeding 55μm, or upgrading to SS316 marine-grade stainless steel, which resist corrosion from salty coastal air.
Nylon expansion plugs utilize a polyamide sleeve that expands when a screw is driven in. They are designed for lighter loads (such as electrical fixtures or drywall track installations) in masonry, brick, or aerated concrete. Metal wedge anchors are designed for heavy-duty structural anchoring in solid, high-performance concrete, supporting heavy machinery, structural columns, and utility framing.
Embedment depth depends on the design load, concrete strength class, and proximity to concrete edges. Generally, the minimum embedment depth ranges from 4 to 5 times the anchor's outer diameter. For example, an M12 wedge anchor typically requires a minimum embedment depth of 60mm to develop its full rated tensile strength.
We supply a complete document package for each batch. This includes Mill Test Certificates (MTC) detailing the steel's chemical composition and tensile properties, ISO 9001 certificates, third-party laboratory salt spray reports, and dimensional inspection reports to confirm compliance with national building codes.
For standard stocked specifications, our MOQ is flexible, starting at 10,000 units. For custom OEM coatings or sizes, the MOQ depends on the setup requirements. Shipping transit time from China ports (like Tianjin or Qingdao) to the Port of Manila typically ranges from 7 to 12 days, plus customs clearing times.
