Ningyuan Fastener
Designed to support heavy concrete assemblies, mechanical conduits, and solar mounting racks across Poland's largest development projects.
Poland has solidified its status as one of Europe’s leading industrial manufacturing and logistical hubs. Benefiting from a strategic geographic position in Central Europe, the country has seen unprecedented growth in large-scale logistics corridors, infrastructural renovations (such as the Central Communication Port / Centralny Port Komunikacyjny), and Baltic offshore wind farm grid connections. These developments command heavy structural anchorage systems capable of standing up to severe static, dynamic, and seismic forces under variable ambient environments.
In particular, Polish winter temperatures regularly drop below -20°C, and structural components near coastal ports are subjected to high C4/C5 atmospheric corrosion ratings as specified in ISO 12944. As a result, standard zinc-plated fasteners are increasingly rejected by general contractors. The Polish market has shifted towards mechanical anchors with highly ductile structural designs, heavy hot-dip galvanization (HDG), and premium grade PA66 polyamide nylon plugs that do not undergo brittle cracking at sub-zero temperatures.
For engineering firms in Poland, selecting an expansion screw is not merely a matter of purchasing thread diameters. It requires strict adherence to European Technical Assessments (ETA) and Eurocode 2 Part 4 standards. Mechanical anchors operate by generating radial pressure against concrete borehole walls. Sub-par materials lead to structural stress relaxation or hydrogen embrittlement under load, potentially triggering catastrophic system failures.
| Anchor Material Class | Ultimate Tensile Strength (Rm) | Yield Strength (Re) | Suitable Polish Climates & Applications | Corrosion Protection (ISO 12944) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Carbon Steel Grade 5.8 | 500 N/mm² | 400 N/mm² | Indoor dry spaces, office assemblies in Warsaw | Electro-galvanized (5-10 μm) |
| Carbon Steel Grade 8.8 / 10.9 | 800 - 1000 N/mm² | 640 - 900 N/mm² | Heavy concrete wedges, structural columns, HVAC brackets | Hot-Dip Galvanized (>55 μm) |
| Stainless Steel A4 (316) | 700 N/mm² | 450 N/mm² | Marine structures in Gdynia/Gdańsk, chemical zones | High Corrosion Resistance (C5-M) |
| Polyamide Nylon PA66 | 85 N/mm² (Tensile) | - | Aerated concrete masonry, facade thermal insulation | Naturally Inert, UV-Stabilized |
Our manufacturing facility employs advanced cold-forging multi-stage headers to ensure uninterrupted grain flow within the anchor bolts. This maximizes ductility and fatigue resilience. Furthermore, to address severe weather shifts in Central Europe, our nylon products utilize premium-grade PA66 nylon. Unlike recycled plastics that dry out and crack, our raw materials retain moisture-induced elasticity, allowing them to adapt to sub-zero temperatures without breaking.

Professional technical support from engineering experts to help determine optimum installation torque and shear capacities.
In addition to our core anchor ranges, we manufacture custom structural steel fasteners and mounting accessories tailored to global safety and quality criteria.
When developing construction documentation in Poland, engineers must calculate the tension resistance (NRd) and shear resistance (VRd) of anchor connections. Designing anchor configurations involves evaluating the following main failure mechanisms:
This failure happens when the tensile force pulling on the anchor induces an internal cone-shaped shear failure in the concrete substrate. The calculation is governed by the effective embedment depth (hef) and the strength of the base material. Deep anchorage depths increase the concrete cone volume and load-bearing capacity.
Typically occurs in expansion anchors when the frictional forces between the expansion sleeve and the concrete wall are exceeded. Our expansion sleeves feature multiple expansion zones and anti-rotation wedges, providing high frictional grip and reducing slip under load.
Anchor spacing (s) and edge distance (c) are critical factors. If anchors are installed too close to each other, their concrete stress cones overlap, which reduces their overall load-bearing capacity. If an anchor is placed too close to a free edge, it can cause concrete edge breakout under shear load.
